古井貢酒 宋

Product Description
In the 7th year of Dazhong Xiangfu (1014 AD), Emperor Zhenzong of the Song Dynasty made a pilgrimage to Taiqing Palace, visiting Bozhou in person to pay homage to Laozi. On that occasion, Lu Zongdao, a distinguished minister and native of Bozhou, presented his homeland’s famed “Jiuyun Spring Liquor” to Emperor Zhenzong, who was thoroughly captivated by its mellow and fragrant flavor.
Where there is fine liquor, there is exceptional water. In the Gujinggong Brewery Heritage Park in Bozhou, an ancient well dating back to the Song Dynasty continues to brim with crystal-clear water after a thousand years. This natural mineral water is slightly alkaline and abundant in beneficial trace elements. In 2013, this Song Dynasty ancient well was officially designated as a “Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level” in China. Flowing ceaselessly across centuries, its pristine spring water continues to nourish the craft of Gujinggong Liquor, carrying the heritage of Chinese Baijiu into the modern era.
