古井貢酒 漢

Product Description
According to the ancient Chinese agricultural encyclopedia Qimin Yaoshu (Essential Techniques for the Peasantry), in the first year of the Jian’an era of the Late Han Dynasty (196 AD), Cao Cao presented “Jiuyun Spring Liquor” brewed in his hometown of Qiao County (modern-day Bozhou, Anhui Province) along with its brewing manual, the “Jiuyun Winemaking Method,” to Emperor Xian of Han (Liu Xie). This event marks the historical origin of Gujinggong Liquor, recognized as one of China’s “Traditional Eight Famous Liquors.”
Since then, celebrated as the “First Tribute of China,” Gujinggong Liquor gained nationwide renown as an imperial tribute liquor across successive dynasties. In 2018, the “Jiuyun Winemaking Method” of Gujinggong Liquor was officially certified by Guinness World Records as the “Oldest Existing Distilled Liquor Brewing Method in the World.”
